Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Supervisor in overseeing daily operations of the non-residential program.
  • Facilitate groups, community service outings, transporting students and assisting with supervision of students.
  • Lead and supervise staff and participants during shifts, ensuring adherence to program policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to promote professional development.
  • Monitor participant progress and address issues or concerns promptly; ensure a safe, respectful environment for all clients and staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to program activities and participant records.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to coordinate services and resources.
  • Assist in planning and implementing program activities and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Work hours: Tuesday-Friday, 11:00-7:00 pm
  • Saturday, 9:00-2:00 pm
  • The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required. DHS and PDE FBI Fingerprints, PA Childline and PA Criminal clearances are required.
