Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Supervisor in overseeing daily operations of the non-residential program.
• Facilitating groups, community service outings, transporting students and assisting with supervision of students.
• Lead and supervise staff and participants during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to program policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to promote professional development.
• Monitor participant progress and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients and staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to program activities and participant records.
• Collaborate with team members and external partners to coordinate services and resources.
• Assist in planning and implementing program activities and community engagement initiatives.
