Leisure Care LLC is seeking an Assistant (Activities) Programs Supervisor to support vibrant, purpose-driven programs for older adults in our Florida communities. Join a hospitality-driven team that delivers engaging outings, theme events and meaningful daily activities.

You will assist with calendar planning, transportation scheduling and partner coordination, contributing to an upbeat, inclusive resident experience. Full-time hours in our Delray Beach area.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in activity planning and/or working with seniors is required.
• Positive, can-do attitude and a heart for helping others.
• Love for teamwork and making people smile.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering daily programs and activities.
• Help bring the activities calendar to life with events, outings and celebrations.
• Schedule community transportation for trips and appointments.
• Decorate the community for special events and holidays.

What You'll Be Up To:

• Assisting in the planning and delivering of daily programs and activities that nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
• Helping to bring our activities calendar to life with events, outings, and festive celebrations.
• Scheduling community transportation for shopping trips, appointments, and scenic adventures.
• Helping to decorate the community for special events and holidays (your inner party planner will love this).
• Booking entertainment and building relationships with local partners (schools, senior centers, libraries, etc.) to enrich our activity offerings.
