Job summary

The Connection in New Haven, CT is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for the Sierra Center Work Release program. The role supports the Program Manager in day-to-day operations and staff coordination, with a focus on recovery-oriented care and client rehabilitation.

Salary is $60,000 per year. The position offers 2nd shift (Tue-Fri 2-10p) and 1st shift Sat 7-3p, full-time 40 hours, with on-call responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to community re-entry efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years related experience.
• Associate's Degree with 4 years related experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities
