Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive management with individuals with IDD
• Demonstrated leadership to align vision with services
• Valid state driver's license in good standing
• Access to a registered vehicle with insurance if transporting clients
• Clear background checks, post-offer drug screen, and physical
• Capable of performing physical behavior interventions
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
• Ability to work without constant supervision
• Understanding of DDSN standards and directives

Responsibilities

• Supervises other team members within the residential department.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities per policies and laws.
• Interviews, hires, and trains team; plans and directs work; evaluates performance.
