Qualifications

• Experience with mentally ill population, medication supervision, and residential experience required.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Valid and insurable driver's license; personal vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in daily operation oversight, resident services, and staff supervision.
• Oversee resident service delivery to ensure it is person-centered and compliant, providing training and mentoring to staff.
• Provide client-centered services, including supportive counseling, crisis prevention skills, coping skills, and daily living skills training.
