Responsibilities

• Train, schedule and provide peer support to diverse staff.
• Maintain a work environment that emphasizes teamwork, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide motivation and feedback to staff; address conflict and facilitate resolution.
• Monitor staff training and incident reports; ISP goals or BSPs.
• Assist with finances and budgeting for clients; manage program budget.
• Develop relationships with agencies, families and guardians; participate in licensing reviews and plans of improvement.
• Interact respectfully with those served to empower personal choice.

Help them achieve their desired lifestyles! You'll assist your Program Manager in providing staff support, creating a positive work environment, and with financial oversight.This position works Swing shift Monday-Friday 1:00 pm-9:00 pm, with an additional weekend on-call rotation 1-2 times per month.
