Job summary

Albertina Kerr seeks a dynamic Program Manager to lead a neighborhood group home in Cornelius, OR. You will guide staff, ensure quality supports, and develop individual plans for people with disabilities and mental health needs.

The role requires strong leadership, crisis management, and collaboration with services while maintaining compliance with policies. On-site, full-time position with dedicated benefits and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience delivering attendant care to adults in a setting regulated by the state.
• At least one year leading, mentoring, or coordinating two or more individuals.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Verbal and written English language proficiency.
• Licensed driver with at least two years' driving experience and no more than two driving infractions in the last two years.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to meet background and reference check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train staff to implement core competencies, policies, and individual support plans.
• Coordinate any necessary or desired services for each individual.
• Fill-in as Direct Support Professional to maintain staffing ratios when needed.
• Act as primary staff contact for the team 24 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Oversee on-site operations in an adult residential group home in Cornelius, OR.
• Prevent and resolve conflicts and lead change within the team.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Program Manager who is ready to lead and empower our neighborhood group home to help each individual we support achieve their full potential. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of support. You will lead, mentor, and train staff to implement our core competencies, policies and procedures, and administrative rules to ensure the development and implementation of individual support plans. You will also be responsible for coordinating any necessary or desired services for each individual. You will fill-in as a Direct Support Professional when necessary to ensure staffing ratios and act as primary contact for staff 24 hours per day, 5 days per week. You will be key in preventing and resolving conflicts and leading and managing change. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• A required minimum two years of experience delivering attendant care to adults in a setting regulated by either the Oregon Department of Human Services or the Oregon Health Authority.
• At least one year of experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating the work of two or more individuals preferred
• Verbal and written English language proficiency sufficient to communicate with people we support, co-workers, and community members
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to relate effectively with clients and families
• Ability to respond to crisis situations in a calm professional manner
