Job summary

Albertina Kerr in Oregon seeks compassionate caregivers to support adults with disabilities in our group homes. You will assist with medications, personal care, cooking, dressing, hygiene and daily living skills to promote independence and safety.

You will travel to homes and on community trips, drive when needed, and communicate with family, medical professionals and staff. You will follow Behavior Support Plans, perform nursing tasks as trained, monitor health, and participate in a two‑week

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Great social skills and ability to work with adults with disabilities.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds.
• Willing to learn new skills and flexible with shifts, including weekends.

Each day, you'll support adults in being successful in what they want to do. Common tasks involve help with medications, cooking, dressing, personal hygiene and cleaning.
