This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in behavioral health, recovery services, or residential care who is ready to take the **next step into leadership**.As a Residential Coordinator, you will support daily residential operations, help guide and mentor a team of technicians, and ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
