Job summary

Jericho Project in New York seeks an Assistant Director for Walton House, a 33-unit Permanent Supportive Housing program serving Young Adults. The role requires experience with LGBTQ populations and with mental health and substance use histories in a housing-first setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field is required, with 3 years of experience.
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Experience with trauma populations and de-escalation is required.
• Strong written and verbal skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and maintain complete charts with supporting documentation.
• Ensure staff timekeeping compliance and approve timecards when needed.
• Deliver case management services to a small caseload of young adults.
• Audit case records for documentation standards and eligibility.
