Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Director to support the Independent Living Program for court-involved youth.

The role leads daily operations, implements treatment plans, and partners with community resources to engage youth in educational, medical, behavioral health, and vocational activities. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background in youth services, with a focus on programming and community-based interventions, and is available for a 1pm–9pm

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field is required.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential.
• Must be 21+, with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and emergency contact access.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with agency policies.
• Assist youth in developing and executing treatment plans.
