Behavior Interventions is seeking an Assistant Program Director for the Enhanced Program in Mt. Joy, PA. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Clinical Operations department and focuses on supervising staff, coordinating treatment teams, and ensuring program quality across centers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, ABA or psychology.
• BCBA certification required.
• Maintains LBS and BCBA credentials with regulatory bodies.
• Minimum 5 years of BCBA experience developing and implementing programs.
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally for site visits and training.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Director with RBT supervision requirements and orientations.
• Oversee Treatment Center management and staff scheduling across centers.
• Provide crisis management support and frontline staff training.
• Supervise BCBA/Behavior Consultant meetings and 1:1 supervision.
• Assist with client referrals and staffing of treatment teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting procedures.
