Behavior Interventions, Inc. in Mt. Joy, PA, is hiring an Assistant Program Director for the Enhanced Program.

The role provides clinical oversight, supervises BCBA/Behavior Consultants, and partners with the Program Director to ensure high-quality ABA services. You will coordinate staffing, supervision, and training across centers, support client referrals and intake, participate in program development, and uphold company policies while traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, ABA or psychology required.
• BCBA certification required (Board Certification).
• LBS licensed or eligible in PA.
• 5 years of BCBA experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Willingness to travel within specified counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training of BCBA/Behavior Consultants.
• Support Program Director with scheduling and staffing.
• Assist with client referrals and intake procedures.
• Serve as trainer for crisis management and staff development.
• Attend provider meetings and support Enhanced Program operations.
• Maintain compliance with policies and quality control.
