Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education, Social Work, Leadership, Applied Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Three years of experience in higher education or working with low-income families
• Demonstrated experience in managing a significant program
• Commitment to valuing diversity and inclusive working environment
• Demonstrated ability to assess program impact and effectiveness
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Competency with Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, Charts), Microsoft/Google Office Suite, Canva, SQL, FileMaker Pro

Responsibilities

• Mentor students individually to support academic, social, and spiritual development.
• Administer a sophomore mentorship program and coordinate the Montserrat Advisory Board.
• Analyze, validate, and prepare operational datasets to support planning and data-driven decisions.
• Assist with budget management and oversee the Frontier Fellowship and related processes.
• Plan and execute programming initiatives and co-supervise graduate assistants and student ambassadors.
