Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.

• Experience with Slate CRM or similar admissions software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the administrative contact for PhD admissions and communications.
• Oversee enrollment management, student services, and curriculum coordination.
• Coordinate campus visits, interviews, and open houses for applicants.
• Develop registration materials and advise students on program requirements.
• Plan and manage ceremonies, funding, and annual fellowships.
