Job summary

Boston College’s Center for Psychological Humanities and Ethics seeks an Assistant Director, Finance & Operations to oversee fiscal functions, procurement, HR actions for students, and space management on campus.

Reporting to the Director of Academics and Operations, you will lead long-range financial planning, grant proposals and post-award activities, and supervise a team of students while coordinating with Marketing and Programming.

Responsibilities

• Support long-range financial planning for the Center and program development.
• Manage grant proposals, reporting, and post-award activities.
• Oversee all fiscal activities including procurement, budgeting, HR actions and time submittals for students.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a team of students; monitor expectations and delegate tasks.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Programming to develop and implement offerings and logistics.
