Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Oklahoma is seeking a gospel-centered Assistant Program Director to help lead and support the team under the Program Director and Leadership Board. This part-time, non-exempt role focuses on administrative tasks and program coordination to bring Bible education to public school students in your community.

• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Leadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacity.
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in leading and supporting the LifeWise 5 L's and program team.
• Coordinate location, facility needs and transportation for the program.
• Coordinate logistics between the program and the school/district.
• Assist with fundraising and budgeting to manage the program's finances.
• Support clear and effective communication with stakeholders and families.

About the Job

We are looking for a gospel-centered and detail-oriented Assistant Program Director to help lead our team, in partnership with the local Program Director and Leadership Board. Our ideal candidate is a spiritually mature active church participant who is adept at assisting in a broad range of administrative tasks. The Assistant Program Director will serve in a part-time capacity, under the Program Director.

Job Responsibilities: Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's

• Leadership: The people element of a program; specifically, the doers


• Location: The facility and transportation needs of the program


• Logistics: How the program relates to the school and/or district


• Loot: The financial component of the program (fundraising and budgeting)


• Language: The communication element of the program
