The Assistant Program Director of ABA/Autism and Accreditation plays a vital role in supporting both graduate and undergraduate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism programs. In this collaborative position, the Assistant Program Director of ABA/Autism and Accreditation will ensure that all programs meet the highest academic and professional standards. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to program development, fostering an environment of excellence in ABA and Autism education. Reporting to the Chair of the Department of Special Education, the Assistant Program Director will help shape the future of future ABA professionals, enhancing the quality of education and student outcomes in this important field. This position requires an on-campus presence (and is not a remote/off-campus position).
The salary for this position begins at $72,000 and is negotiable based upon the experience and qualifications of the applicant. Full consideration will be given to candidates that apply on or before 06/01/2025.

Duties and Responsibilities: The ABA and Autism Assistant Program Director will support the graduate and undergraduate applied behavior analysis (Autism Programs), and co-manage accreditation compliance in collaboration with the ABA/Autism program Director. The position reports to the Chair of the Department of Special Education.
Minimum Qualifications: M. A. degree from an accredited institution with BCBA credential.
Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. in applied behavior analysis or a related field. Leadership experience and experience with accreditation.
