Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to oversee a Community Living Arrangement (CLA) and ensure high-quality supports for individuals served.

You will supervise Residential Specialists, provide coaching, and assist with scheduling and on-call duties in a dynamic, mission-driven setting. The role emphasizes leadership, compliance with HIPAA and safety standards, and collaboration with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in human services or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight and operation of a Community Living Arrangement while ensuring quality supports and meaningful daily experiences for individuals served.
• Supervise and mentor Residential Specialists through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Attend consumer medical appointments and assist with medication management oversight and documentation reviews.
• Monitor program operations, electronic documentation, regulatory compliance, safety standards, and incident reporting.
• Support staffing, scheduling, on-call responsibilities, communication with families and community partners, and maintaining safe, compliant residential environments.
