Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine's Outcomes and Measurement Science division invites applications for a full-time non-tenure-eligible Team Scientist at the rank of Assistant Professor.

The candidate will perform quantitative analyses, support instrument development and validation, and lead manuscript preparation across diverse content areas including dementia, development science, and rehabilitation medicine.

Competenze

• Ph.D. or equivalent in psychology, educational psychology, or allied quantitative social sciences.
• Expertise in operational psychometrics, education testing/credential testing, computer adaptive tests, Bayesian testing, item banking, IRT, and multimodal measurement (wearables).
• Experience conducting quantitative analyses and contributing to manuscript preparation with a strong publication record.
