Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is seeking a full-time Team Scientist at Assistant/Associate/Full Professor rank to advance dissemination and implementation science while designing and evaluating education interventions. The role emphasizes collaboration across the Center for Bedside Medicine, CDIS, MSS, and FSM, with a focus on real-world outcomes and translational impact.

The candidate should demonstrate a strong publication record, prior extramural funding, and experience

Qualifications

• PhD or terminal degree in a relevant field.
• Strong publication record and history of extramural funding as PI or co-PI.
• Experience with dissemination and implementation science theories and methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead translational team research in dissemination and implementation science.
• Collaborate with CDIS, MSS, and other FSM disciplines on programmatic research.
• Contribute to observational and quasi-experimental studies evaluating real-world implementations.
• Mentor junior faculty and engage in Center for Bedside Medicine research activities.
