Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Applied Quantitative Methods, or a related STEM field is required at the time of appointment.
• Strong record of academic accomplishment commensurate with current rank and an externally funded research program or potential to establish one.
• Commitment to excellence in teaching and mentorship and contribution to undergraduate and graduate instructional missions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain an exceptional research program in an open-rank tenure-track position.
• Collaborate within the School, across the Institute, and with government and industry partners.
• Contribute to teaching and mentorship across undergraduate and graduate programs.
