Position Summary | The School of Art seeks applications for the position of Assistant Professor in New Media and Design from candidates who are experienced artists and educators, and actively engaged in advancing equity and inclusivity in their research and/or pedagogy. All faculty participate in and contribute to curricular development, program evaluation, and recruitment. Ideal candidates will have strengths in areas such as interactive art, digital art, internet art, generative art, or interaction design. In the cover letter, candidates should describe how their experience with inequality has informed their discipline, typical practices in their field, and the broader university environment, as well as how this has or has not influenced their professional work.
