The Graham School of Business at York College of Pennsylvania, a vibrant, student‑centered institution, invites applications for an energetic and engaging full‑time tenure‑track faculty member in Marketing at the rank of Assistant Professor, beginning August, 2027. The faculty are a collaborative, collegial community of educators who focus on providing students with real‑world experiential learning and enriching relationships, as well as a strong culture of excellence. The Graham School of Business maintains ACBSP accreditation, and features 14 majors, 24 minors and 4 graduate programs.

The successful candidate will teach Principles of Marketing, Marketing Research and Market Measurement and Analysis. The Assistant Professor of Marketing will also serve as an academic advisor for students, and engage in service consistent with the institution’s mission and the Graham School’s accreditation that contributes to the College and community. This position will require on‑going scholarship and professional development. The Assistant Professor may also have the opportunity to teach other business classes as needed, including potentially at the graduate level.

  • Demonstrated ability to utilize experiential learning pedagogies is required.
  • Expertise in the area of marketing research is required.
  • Research skills as demonstrated by a track record of publication in peer‑reviewed venues or a robust pipeline of research in progress that is viable for publication are required.
