Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate required with specialization in educational leadership.
• Three years of teaching or leadership experience in P-12, community college, or 4-year university.
• Experience teaching doctoral or advanced graduate students; supervising dissertations preferred.
• Ability to develop and deliver online courses.
• Evidence of work with historically marginalized students and commitment to equity.

Responsibilities

• Teach doctoral courses and advise students in the DELEJ program.
• Chair and serve on doctoral dissertation committees.
• Contribute to program development and operation of the DELEJ program.
• Engage in scholarship and service aligned with tenure-track expectations.
• Collaborate across departments and engage with professional organizations.
