Qualifications
- Three years of experience teaching or leading in P-12, community college, or 4-year university.
- Experience teaching doctoral or advanced graduate students (supervision of dissertations preferred).
- Ability to develop online courses and deliver instruction in multiple formats (synchronous/asynchronous).
- Evidence of work with historically marginalized students and commitment to equity in education.
- Scholarly accomplishments appropriate to tenure-track expectations.
Responsibilities
- Teach doctoral courses in DELEJ and related programs.
- Advise and mentor graduate students and supervise dissertations.
- Chair dissertation committees and contribute to program development.
- Engage in university service, governance, and community collaboration.
- Deliver courses in online and on-campus formats as needed.
