Qualifications

• Doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in educational leadership or related field.
• Three years of teaching or leadership experience in P-12, community college, or university.
• Experience teaching doctoral or advanced graduate students; supervising dissertations preferred.
• Ability to develop and deliver online courses.
• Evidence of work with historically marginalized students and scholarly activity.
• Experience integrating technology in instruction and knowledge of equity in education.
• Ability to engage a broad student population and provide mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Teach doctoral courses and advise students in the DELEJ program.
• Chair and serve on dissertation committees.
• Support DELEJ director and department in program operations.
• Engage in scholarship and service across SOE and CSUCI.
• Contribute to recruitment and admissions and interdepartmental collaboration.
