Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Overview

The successful candidate will exhibit leadership, collaboration and teamwork and will have the opportunity to progress in their career.

They will support the Department Supervisor overseeing the Aerospace Solenoids Department to produce products which conform to part specifications, quality specifications, procedures and standards.

Specific Job Functions, But Not Limited

• Enforcing company rules and regulations
• Review Set-ups and perform Mfg. Inspection
• Assign daily work assignments
• Create Job Packets (Routes, Prints, WI, etc.)
• Create/Submit Pick Lists
• Issue Materials to Jobs
• Make Material Moves
• Review Jobs for Labor and Material Accuracy
• Review Time and Attendance Daily
• Assist in reviewing and posting Department KPIs
• Support/Assist/Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Perform 6S audits as required
• Perform Direct Labor as required
  
  

Education: High School diploma or equivalent – 2 year degree preferred (Technical)

Experience: 2 years minimum Production Experience. 2 years minimum Supervisory Experience.

Computer skills: Basic computer skills. Experience with MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point. Will be required to learn to use Syteline (ERP system)

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience
