Job Title: Assistant Production Planner
About the Role

We are seeking a highlyself-motivatedanddetail-orientedAssistant Production Planner to support the daily operations of our shared production environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly by managing job order flow, preparing technical documentation, and supporting coordination across departments.

You will work with two distinct brands operating within the same facility under common ownership. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Order Management
  • Enter and manage production job orders using our ERP system.
  • Identify and locate missing job orders physically on the shop floor.
  • Print production drawings from design software for each job.
  • Organize job packets for production release, ensuring all documentation is included.
  • Visual Documentation
  • Sort shipping photos by order for documentation and quality assurance purposes.
  • Cross-Department Support
  • Communicate with production supervisors and team leads to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Flag inconsistencies, errors, or missing data.
    Qualifications
    • Required:
    • High level ofcomputer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
    • Strong organizational skillswith an eye for detail.
    • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
    • Strong problem-solving skillswith the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
    • Comfortable with basicfront-desk responsibilities, including answering phones and interacting with visitors when needed.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience withERP systemsin a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Ability to read and understandtechnical drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., CAD programs).
  • Previous experience in a production, logistics, or administrative support role.
    Work Environment
    • Located in a shared industrial facility with hands-on interaction with the production floor.
    • Fast-paced, detail-driven, and highly collaborative across teams and departments.

    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00
