Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates the Production department activities.
• Trains individuals and plans, assigns, and directs work.
• Appraises performance and disciplines as needed.
• Ensures products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Implements safety programs and enforces safety regulations.
• Maintains production schedules and analyzes workflow.
• Coordinates with other supervisors and resolves machine or equipment issues.
• Inspects products for conformance to specifications.
