K-Designers - Assistant Production Manager

As an Assistant Production/Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the service and installation of our products. K-Designers specializes in siding, windows, doors, and walk-in tubs and showers. In this role, you will oversee the warehouse operations and assist the production manager in maintaining accurate inventory records while ensuring the timely completion of projects. A strong understanding of the remodeling industry is essential, along with specific expertise in siding replacement, window and door installation, and bathroom remodeling.

Responsibilities

- Log all jobs that are shipped and cashed each day.

- Update the job board and database daily with the status of all job activities.

- Ship new jobs as directed.

- Check in completed jobs and review labor bills for accurate pricing, quality of pictures, additional work, and explanations for any discrepancies.

- Assist the production manager in resolving issues.

- Daily, check the status of all jobs in progress.

- Monitor and promote timely job completions.

- Establish estimated completion dates for all shipped jobs.

- Maintain communication with customers regarding any issues.

- Help the production manager with material ordering.

- Review warehouse inventory daily and report any discrepancies to the production manager.

- Coordinate the unloading of inventory shipments.

- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.

- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management or immediate supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the remodeling industry, specifically window replacement, siding installation, and bathroom remodeling, is required
• installation experience of siding, window/door, and bathroom remodeling is a must.
• Warehouse experience.
• Management skills.
• Good customer relations.
• Valid driver's license.

**Pay Range $60,000 - $70,000 + allowance + bonus
