Job summary

Responsibilities include tracking development activities, maintaining product data in PLM, and coordinating with Merchandising, Design, and Sourcing to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, product development, business, or related field is required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication across cross-functional teams and supplier partners.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem solving.
• Basic understanding of product costing, sourcing, and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product development and production from concept through final production.
• Coordinate development activities, track samples, and monitor timelines.
• Maintain accurate product data, specs, costing, and development status in PLM and other systems.
• Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time development and production.
• Monitor calendars and milestones, identify delays, escalate as needed.
• Assist with supplier communication to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Prepare reports, materials, and updates for milestone reviews.
• Support sample management and cross-functional development reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and workflow.
