You will lead cross-functional development initiatives, manage timelines, packaging, regulatory tasks, and data setup to launch and maintain beauty products across channels. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in consumer product development or related roles, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and product data systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, product development, or related field.
• 2+ years of consumer product development, merchandising, or project coordination experience.
• Health, beauty, or consumer products experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project timelines and milestone tracking to ensure on-time launches.
• Communicate status, risks, delays, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Lead follow-up and elevate issues impacting timing, cost, or readiness.
• Manage packaging development, artwork approvals, and production readiness.
• Track regulatory approvals, testing requirements, and documentation.
• Own end-to-end SKU setup and ensure accurate product master data across systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables and timelines.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, Merchandising, or related field
