Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include an Associate's degree or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10-15 subordinates; train, plan, assign, and supervise work.
• Ensure store conditions meet company standards and protect assets.
• Maximize department sales and profits; maintain strong customer service levels.
• Open or close the store as required and adhere to safety standards.
