KIPP Northern California is seeking an Assistant Principal to partner with the School Leader to raise academic achievement, student culture, and educator effectiveness. You will lead instructional excellence and school-wide systems, owning defined school priorities and developing teachers and emerging leaders.

You will manage data-driven cycles, coach through observations, and ensure consistent implementation of priorities. Strong equity focus and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid California teaching credential or equivalent.
• Experience as a K–12 educator.
• Demonstrated success in instructional leadership and coaching.
