KIPP Northern California is seeking an Assistant Principal to partner with the School Leader to raise academic achievement, student culture, and educator effectiveness. You will lead instructional excellence, develop teachers and emerging leaders, and ensure consistent practices across teams.

You will own key results, manage trade-offs, and participate in school-wide systems development while supporting a joyful, safe, and academically focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a K–12 educator with similar demographics.
• Strong record of instructional leadership and coaching.
• Ability to analyze student data and guide instructional improvement.

Responsibilities
