• Conduct teacher and aide evaluations per district policy.
• Oversee behavior and discipline for students with IEPs.
• Develop annual class lists; monitor compliance with the 30% rule.
• Coordinate transportation for off-campus placements and related concerns.
• Respond to parent concerns district-wide regarding special education.
