Responsibilities

• Drive the rigorous implementation of KIPP Texas’ multilingual program models.
• Coach program teachers on effective implementation of language instructional strategies.
• Serve as the campus lead for TELPAS coordination, training, and administration.

Skills

Strong record of ensuring students achieve academic success in program language

Fluency in both program languages

Deep understanding of bilingual education and second language acquisition

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
