Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership.

• Assist in facilitating shared leadership.
• Assist in leading a learning community using data to guide decisions.
• Monitor curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Oversee school climate and communicate clear objectives.
• Manage human resource administration including mentoring and staff development.
• Oversee teacher evaluation processes.
• Participate in organizational planning and facility operations.
