As One of Our Happy Center Leaders, You Will:
- Lead by example, demonstrating passion and creating an environment of trust and rapport with children and staff.
- Maintain the physical environment and ensure all health and safety standards comply with licensing regulations.
- Ensure the center is fully staffed with high-performing teachers by actively recruiting, training, coaching, and engaging staff.
- Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun for children.
- Achieve business results through family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient operations, including managing accounts receivable/payable, P&L, and payroll.
- Engage prospective families through tours and community marketing events to drive awareness and enrollment.
Apply Now If You:
- Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of management experience.
- Possess a state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meet all licensing requirements.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field (highly preferred).
- Have strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
Must meet any applicable background screening or licensing requirements for the role.
