Arcadia Playschool in Arcadia, CA is looking for a warm, enthusiastic Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Arcadia, CA. This is a wonderful opportunity to positively impact young learners in a nurturing, playful environment.

You will support lead teachers with age-appropriate lessons, supervise children, and help implement curriculum while maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging classroom. Collaboration with parents and staff is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ECE units preferred.
• Experience with preschool or early childhood settings desired.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• Patient, compassionate demeanor with young children.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
