Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to help children learn, play, grow, and thrive in a positive learning environment.

You will work with a team to deliver our curriculum, maintain health and safety standards, and engage with families to share children’s progress in a supportive daycare setting.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• High school diploma/GED (ECE coursework preferred).
• Meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other preschool teachers to implement our curriculum and provide a positive learning environment for children.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the daycare classrooms and programs.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming and engaging daycare space for children.
• Communicate with parents and families, sharing their child’s latest adventures and achievements.
