• Lead conceptual budgeting with quantity take-offs and preconstruction tools.
• Review design documents for cost, coordination, and schedule impacts in detail.
• Assist in coordinating with design partners and provide pricing support during design development.
• Participate in safety policy refreshers and project startup coordination.
