Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years direct program/project management experience required.
• Experience with construction disciplines and project controls.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities for field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety programs and promote safety performance of project team members and subcontractors.
• Develop preconstruction strategy and assist in bid package development and estimates.
• Establish relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams.
• Develop realistic and detailed schedules for all design, approval, estimating and procurement activities.
• Prepare scope of work documents for supplier and subcontractor contracts, including prequalification of bidders.
• Present reports to internal management as required.
