Qualifications

• Must have Optical/healthcare/retail/service operations experience.
• Experience in one or more optical or practice functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, team coordination, and service execution.
• Work on the practice floor across multiple functions to support patient care, staffing, and operational execution.
• Learn and support key practice roles such as patient care coordination, optical sales and service, technician/clinical support, and front desk operations.
