Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager in San Antonio to lead and support the team in delivering exceptional patient care and achieving meaningful business results. This hands-on role sits on the practice floor and collaborates with the Practice Manager and Optometrist to optimize exam flow, patient handoffs, and team readiness.
