Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial construction projects from bid through completion.
• Review bid invitations, plans, specifications, and requirements.
• Prepare estimating spreadsheets, takeoffs, and pricing information.
• Use Excel to organize estimates, project details, and costs.
• Learn estimating tools including On-Screen Takeoff.
• Prepare and track submittals, approvals, and documentation.
• Coordinate schedules, milestones, deadlines, and customer requirements.
• Communicate with general contractors, customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project records and move multiple tasks forward.
• Attend occasional jobsite meetings to support coordination.
• Identify issues early and follow up on outstanding items.
