RIMEPRO INC in California seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support major process piping projects. You will work with Project Managers and field leadership, taking ownership of project controls, procurement, cost management, scheduling, change management, and field coordination.

The ideal candidate has ~5 years of PM or project engineering experience in construction, with mechanical, process piping, or industrial work; a bachelor's degree is preferred, with strong communication and financial

Qualifications

• ~5 years of project management or project engineering experience within construction.
• Experience coordinating directly with field leadership, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Strong financial, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall management and execution of process piping and mechanical projects.
• Track project budgets, commitments, labor, materials, and overall job costs.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower needs, procurement, and major milestones.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and project documentation.
• Participate in owner, GC, subcontractor, and internal project meetings.
• Help mentor and oversee Project Engineers on assigned projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or related field
