Real Property Management Southland is seeking an Assistant PM / Leasing Agent to engage with prospective residents and facilitate the leasing process. Ideal candidates will be licensed agents with some experience in sales or customer service, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This role offers a commission per leased unit, making it an excellent entry point into the property management industry.

The Assistant PM / Leasing Agent is responsible for direct interaction with prospective residents. The role touches the leasing process from introduction through approval.
REQUIREMENTS
The Leasing Agent is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Leasing Agent is a natural communicator with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor.
ROLES
Each leased unit results in a $50 commission. Typically are leasing agents lease 4-8 units per month, depending on the season and their availability. This is a great way to get your feet wet in the property management industry. You will learn the industry from the ground up in this role.
